How Do I Place An Order?

  Easy, browse thru the plaque types and options. Add these items to your shopping cart. You are building your plaque order / enquiry. Then add the text of your plaque in the notes section or email thru your wording and logo if so desired.

 

Payment and Shipping

  A 50% deposit is required to confirm your commitment of your plaque order. Once the plaque is completed and ready to despatch the balance is then finalised. We can send the item COD, Pay thru EFT, EFTPOS, Paypal, Credit Card ( VISA & Mastercard ).  All items will be sent registered post or carrier.

 

Returns & Refunds
   As your plaque is custom made to suit your requirements a return is not possible.  Once your artwork has been checked and approved by you the plaque is then made to your requirements. If you have any questions regarding your order please discuss this before paying your deposit. As the deposit is the sign of commitment of you wanting to proceed with your plaque.

 

 

​How long will my order take?

   Delivery times from order approval varies depending on the plaque type you order. Also depending on the delivery address of your plaque this needs to be allowed for in the ordering process. Please browse the plaque types and delivery times are mentioned.

 

 

​How do I confirm my wording or logo?

    Just add the text to the shopping cart note space. If the wording or plaque requirement is a little more complex, then just text email thru to us at welcome@plaquesrus.com.au  . Photos and logos to be of a high resolution. JPEG, AI, EPS, PDF files are all accepted. We have an FTP site or other third party file transfer programs can be used like Dropbox or Sharethis to transfer large files. Corporate colours must be advised with Pantone or Australian Standard colours reference to ensure close as possible colour match.

 

 

Artwork

  The setup of your plaque wording is included in the plaque price. Based on your wording supplied.

You are allocated 2 alterations with the fixed plaque price. Any further alterations will be an additional $ 25 per alteration.  The alterations does not include the fixing of spelling errors. If you require a logo or image

this is considered a plaques extra and you must select logo or images as an option. Artwork approval PDF template will be emailed for your approval before manufacture.

 

 

Spelling errors and authors corrections?

    As your plaque is a one off, custom made to order. Great care must be taken by both parties to ensure

all wording, dates, locations and titles are correct. The artwork approval process is the time to confirm all

these items are ok to proceed. If Plaquesrus are found to be the cause of the wording error, your plaque will be replaced free of charge in exchange for the incorrect plaque. If the wording is supplied incorrect and the artwork is approved, then the plaque has to be remanufactured at the cost of the ordering party. Please check all artwork carefully.

 

 

How long will my plaque last?

   There are various reasons for a plaque to deteriate in condition. In all cases it is because the wrong type of plaque has been ordered and placed in an environment it is not designed to be exposed to. Environment is not just referring to sunshine and rain, but also human vandalism or general handling. If you are unsure as to what plaque is suitable for your requirements please email us and we can advise the best option for you.
